Job Description
Were currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Press Support at one of our esteemed client sites. This role is critical in assisting the Press Operator with the setup operation and maintenance of Flexo Presses ensuring the production of highquality labels that meet our customers expectations.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting Excellence in Production: You will play a key role in preparing for production runs by reading job jackets setting up the press cart with the necessary equipment and performing machine washups and makereadies.
- Maintaining Efficiency and Quality: By assisting operators with equipment setup and maintaining a clean and organized work area you contribute directly to our culture of continuous improvement and excellence in execution.
- Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Your vigilance in maintaining press safety through regular checks and reporting upholds our commitment to a safe working environment.
Youre a Great Fit If You:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED with 36 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate basic PC skills excellent communication abilities and the capability to follow complex instructions.
- Are committed to maintaining high attendance willing to work overtime as needed and ready to be a versatile team player within our organization.
- Can meet the physical demands of working in a manufacturing environment including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
