Role Overview:
As a Recruiter with Ross Recruiting you will utilize your passion for recruiting to identify and attract top talent for our clients. Your role will involve building relationships with candidates understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable opportunities.
Requirements:
- Passion for recruiting and making a difference in peoples lives.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- 3 years of proven Recruiting Experience
