Job Description:
Our client based in Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital Community Builder to join our team and enhance our online presence and foster engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our digital community across various platforms
Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values
Monitor and analyze community metrics to track engagement identify trends and optimize strategies
Collaborate with marketing content and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals
Moderate and manage online discussions respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Identify opportunities for community building and create events campaigns and other initiatives to foster engagement
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital community management
Conduct research and gather insights to understand our audience and tailor our community building efforts effectively

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing communications or a related field
3 years of experience in digital community building and engagement
Proven track record of creating and delivering highquality content that resonates with target audiences
Strong understanding of social media platforms content marketing and community management best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and building relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
