Job Title: Payroll Officer (Travel/Tourism/DMC)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Advanced experience with Sage payroll software.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees including calculating wages bonuses and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of employee hours worked wages paid and other payrollrelated information.
• Process and maintain employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Assist with yearend payroll processes including preparing and distributing forms.
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee records and compliance with company policies.
