Job Description
Evaluate and record a patients progress create treatment plans for preventive care rehabilitation and treatment for patients with chronic conditions illnesses or injuries.We are currently a team of 8 individuals that have all been working together for at least 4 years and enjoy the camaraderie and professionalism that we have created over years working closely beside one another. Open to PRN / PT Applicants Possibility of Perm Placement
