RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and analyzing sales options.
Manage client database
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal
Manage the sales teams operations and resources to deliver profitable growth with proper training and direction
Be responsible for top line and bottomline profitability.
Optimal utilization of budget
Manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Monitor customer market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support channel and partner programs
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Travel for inperson meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Attend national sale conferences
Being Responsible for top and bottomline sales and profitability
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Meet weekly monthly and quarterly sales target
Prepare and submit weekly monthly sales reports to management
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and competitors.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
