Job Description for Business Analyst position:
You will work alongside IT team and Support team in the US and report directly to the Operations Manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis documenting processes and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Evaluate anticipate and improve business processes implementing solutions and optimization strategies. Stay updated on IT advancements for automation and system modernization.
Conduct meetings presentations and requirements analysis documenting and communicating results effectively. Gather critical information produce useful reports and liaise between stakeholders and users. Lead and train junior staff allocate resources efficiently and manage projects to meet business needs. Perform user acceptance testing update procedures and prioritize initiatives based on requirements. Manage competing resources and priorities monitor project deliverables for timely completion.
Business Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business or related field OR MBA.
24 years experience in business analysis or related field (SaaS business model).
Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Exceptional stakeholder influence and collaboration abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Track record of commitment followthrough.
Excellent planning organizational and time management abilities.
Experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
Successful project leadership and support history.
