Job Responsibilities
As a UI Lead with experience in solution design React JavaScript TypeScript and Next.js your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Designing scalable and maintainable UI solutions.
- Developing complex user interfaces.
- Coordinating project tasks and timelines.
- Ensuring highquality code and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Participate in the architecture and design discussions for UI components and systems.
- Design scalable maintainable and highperformance UI solutions based on project requirements and constraints.
- Create technical design documents including architecture diagrams component specifications and interface definitions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the UI development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies tools and trends in UI development and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
