Job Description

Job Title: Offline Sales Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Our client is a rapidly growing chain of Cancer Treatment Centers. We are on this mission to make Cancer treatment journey completely transparent and affordable for the patients. With stateoftheart facilities and best team of doctors all from the top cancer pedigree colleges of India our client is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and quality of life throughout the cancer journey making this battle easy for the patients.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Offline Sales Manager specialized to join our team. The Category Manager will play a pivotal role in building the business from 0to1 by building and executing strategic initiatives to build referral and offline sales for our company. The Offline Sales Personnel is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals clinics and medical institutions to generate referrals for the hospitals cancer treatment services. They will play a key role in expanding the hospitals patient base through targeted outreach and engagement efforts. This position requires a combination of sales expertise healthcare industry knowledge good doctors network and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Referral Generation:
o Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals from healthcare professionals including physicians oncologists primary care physicians and other specialists.
o Identify potential referral sources and establish relationships through networking cold calling and targeted outreach efforts.
o Educate healthcare providers about the hospitals cancer treatment services capabilities and patient care offerings.
2. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including
referring physicians medical staff and office managers to facilitate a steady
flow of patient referrals.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources addressing
inquiries resolving issues and providing ongoing support as needed. o Regularly visit referring practices to strengthen relationships provide
updates on hospital services and gather feedback.
3. Sales Outreach and Promotion:
o Plan and execute sales initiatives events and promotional activities to raise awareness of the hospitals cancer treatment programs and attract new referral partners.
o Coordinate participation in medical conferences seminars and community events to promote the hospitals services and establish the hospital as a trusted provider in the oncology field.
o Monitor and evaluate referral patterns sales performance metrics and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of referral generation strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
o Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing business
development and physician relations to align referral sales efforts with
overall hospital objectives and initiatives.
o Coordinate patient referrals and transfers between referring physicians and
hospital departments ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care
for patients.

  3. Liaison with Clinic and Onground ops team to deliver best patient experience
  4. Coordination with Doctors for patient appointment scheduling consultations
  5. admissions and IPD processes
  6. Handling in the sales team and maximize their productivity daytoday
  7. Maintain high standard discipline protocol for the team
  8. Build SOPs for the team and patient management to make a smooth processes
  9. People Management : Leadership problemsolving communication skills to lead
  10. and manage a large team
  11. Responsible for daily weekly monthly planning
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience post bachelor s / masters
  • Proven experience in sales business development or relationship management
  • preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
  • engage and influence healthcare professionals.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on
  • sales performance metrics.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and as
  • part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate
  • client schedules and business priorities.

  • Ex entrepreneurial experiences a plus
