Associate Director Sales amp Operations Planning

• Bachelors degree in business operations management supply chain management or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in sales and operations planning demand forecasting supply chain management or related roles.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing S&OP processes in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
• Experience with S&OP software and tools is desirable.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with an international scope is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

About the role:

Your daytoday responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the 24month rolling forecast process collaborating closely with Commercial Operation Directors and GMs to finalize accurate volume forecasts at the SKU level.
• Monitor sales trends customer demand patterns and market dynamics to anticipate changes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales operations finance and other departments to integrate planning processes effectively.
• Orchestrate S&OP cycles lead preS&OP meetings and prepare for Executive S&OP meetings to make datadriven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with Commercial/GMs Supply Planners and Product Launch Managers to identify and manage capacity shortfalls effectively.
