In the role of Maintenance Technician at our esteemed establishment you will play a pivotal role in maintaining guest satisfaction through overseeing general building maintenance repairs and services.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance repairs promptly and efficiently prioritizing guest requests.
• Conduct routine inspection tours to ensure adherence to the hotel standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in carpentry electricity painting and plumbing to enhance the propertys aesthetics.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks for Chillers Pumps motors and fans.
• Comprehend airconditioning building electrical and mechanical drawings with precision.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of planned preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute special projects as directed by management.
• Determine if work should be done internally or through external contractors.
• Maintain a supply of inventory necessary for optimal operating efficiency by initiating purchasing orders for maintenance supplies machinery equipment parts and services as required.
• Embrace flexibility as a team player displaying reliability and initiative.
• Uphold professionalism when engaging with guests vendors and colleagues.
• Guarantee strict compliance with company policies safety regulations and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws on coordination with Hotel Manager.

Requirements

What are we looking for

As a Maintenance Technician you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Certification in Electrical or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions in a reputable hotel or building.
• Proficiency in reading writing and speaking German and English.
• Personality striving for excellence in what they do.
• Currently based in Vienna Metropolitan area.
