Your function
- You conduct thorough due diligence actions on different companies, stakeholders and clients for our Group legal entities across Europe.
- You ensure comprehensive analysis and documentation of relevant information.
- Your role centers on providing crucial administrative support to the European Commercial and Procurement Teams, ensuring efficiency in decision-making. Your expertise extends beyond national borders, navigating diverse European jurisdictions. Strategic insights contribute to refining due diligence process, and your facilitation of cross-cultural collaboration is key to our international success. By case support the Legal and HR team with tasks related to due diligence.
- You maintain organized records and documentation.
