We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets and forecasts.
3. Monitor and manage financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather financial data and insights for decisionmaking.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
ICWA or CS certification preferred.
Proven experience in business accounting or cost accounting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Finance or Accounting.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of industryspecific accounting principles.
