Responsible for managing key client accounts driving sales and building strong lasting relationships with clients. This role involves both sales and account management functions. Plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing Wakanow HNI and Corporate client base generating revenue and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong longterm client relationships.
- Understand clients needs objectives and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Generate new leads of HNI and Corporates.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for new and existing HNI and Corporate accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present products or services effectively to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Account Planning:
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- CrossSelling and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to crosssell or upsell Wakanow products or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that target new and existing HNI and Corporate clients.
- Account Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions sales and account status.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on account status and sales activity.
- Client Support:
- Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer support.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors.
- Provide business with insights and information relevant to increasing market leadership.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales or account management of any sector with a minimum of 35 years of successful track record.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data draw valuable insights and implement datadriven strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
