DPF Fitters Wanted for Our Esteemed Client in Australia

Our esteemed client in Australia is actively seeking skilled and experienced Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Fitters to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the health of diesel engines across a range of vehicles and machinery focusing on the installation maintenance and repair of Diesel Particulate Filters. Successful candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of diesel engine operation and emission control technologies paired with a strong commitment to environmental standards and workplace safety.

To be considered for this role applicants must:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a DPF Fitter role or related field.

  • Have a strong understanding of diesel engine mechanics and emission control systems.

  • Provide supporting documents such as qualifications work history a valid passport and police clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install maintain and repair Diesel Particulate Filters in a range of dieselpowered vehicles and machinery.

  • Diagnose issues related to emission control systems and perform necessary repairs.

  • Regularly inspect and test DPF systems to ensure they comply with environmental and safety standards.

  • Use specialised tools and diagnostic equipment to maintain and repair DPF systems.

  • Provide technical advice regarding DPF maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Work in compliance with all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of all DPF services and repairs conducted.

  • Stay uptodate with advancements in diesel emission control technologies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in diesel engine maintenance with a specific focus on DPF systems.

  • Relevant technical qualifications in diesel mechanics automotive engineering or a related field.

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written for clear communication with team members and clients.
