Job Description
Connect Engineering & Consultancy
- Develop manufacturing processes: Design and modify equipment and machinery to improve manufacturing processes for fabricating building assembling and installing components.
- Equipment design: Utilize engineering principles to conceptualize and design machinery tools and fixtures for efficient production operations.
- Process optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement modifications to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering production and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and processes.
- Prototype development: Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate the performance and reliability of newly designed equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Cost management: Evaluate cost implications of equipment modifications and process enhancements to ensure efficient resource utilization and costeffectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of equipment designs modifications and process improvements for reference and future replication.
- Training: Provide training and support to production personnel on the operation and maintenance of new equipment and updated manufacturing processes.
- Continuous improvement: Continuously monitor manufacturing operations gather feedback and implement refinements to drive ongoing process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment modifications.
