Sales Team Support Specialist

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a vibrant fun and humanfocused BPO company which is looking to hire an EnglishspeakingSales Team Support Specialist for one of their business partners a Cyber Security solutionsprovider.

Position:Sales Team Support Specialist

Location: Remote/Work from home fromSouth Africa

Employment type: Fulltime with a stable base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research
• Research and qualify new leads for sales people
• Manage CRM system
• Clean data
• Build CRM dashboards
• Perform sales reporting and analytics
• Draft marketing materials and business presentations
• Provide general support and assistance to members of the sales and marketing team
• The role does not involve outreach to leads

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in commerce(or related field) and at least 3years of relevant experience in asales environment
• At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry(Cyber security is advantageous)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM software
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and marketing will be nice to have
