Job Description
You'll make an impact:
- Develop and implement a talent attraction strategy for Germany that focuses on positioning Siemens as a top employer on the market for early career talents
- In close collaboration with partners across Siemens, ensure alignment of early career talent activities
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with universities, specific chairs, institutes, etc.
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to identify early talent needs within the organization and develop tailored branding and marketing strategies to attract top talents
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices in Early Talent Acquisition. You will conduct thorough market research to recommend potential advancements and enhance our branding and marketing strategies accordingly
