Job Description
Back office:
- Monitoring the network traffic and vulnerabilities over the network
- Close monitoring anti- virus updation and windows update.
3 Managing the users and active directory and backup.
- Managing the firewall and ensuring the servers are updated and running.
- Ensuring all the schedulers are running.
- Managing the file server and print server.
- Managing the Trend Micro Antivirus Server.
- Managing all the lines (Lease, ADSL and digital telephone lines)
- Supporting and managing all the Cisco devices.
- Support and trouble shooting of all IT devices installed at Back office.
- Intrusion prevention and content filtering.
- WSUS server to be installed and monitored.
Inventory:
- Assisting in stock take upon request.
- Supervising the stock take at the store level whenever required.
- Helping him in reporting & updating the inventories.
Store Level:
- Checking all the device is up and running.
- Assisting the store in all IT issues when & where required.
- Checking the windows updation and antivirus updation on weekly basis.
- Ensuring all the IT equipment’s like Antenna, Cameras, Traffic counters, Cisco Devices etc. are working properly.
- Checking of the POS system for all the stores on weekly basis
- To ensure that USB devices are not used at Store level (security to be implemented)
- Checking for vulnerabilities and unwanted softwares on the POS machine.
- Managing the lines ADSL & Telephone at store level.
- Backup at store level.
- Optimization of database
- Disaster recovery and solution.
- Preventive maintenance & updation.
