Manager - MEP Project

Job Description

Will be responsible for calling kickoff meetings for every project with Internal & external teams.
Maintain MOM and share with the responsible department.
To prepare the Project schedule of every project within 7 days from OA & WO release.
Daily coordination with the Installation team has to be done. Updates are to be taken and act immediately with necessary action are where required.
Should track the ordering and readiness date of material with Factory / SCM items for the WO released. To check and have an update of SCM procured B/o items ordering v/s availability.
Responsible for making the Final Handover document for all projects.
Calculation of Installation cost and providing it to the team & maintain the expense.
Handover Document to be made ready and should be handed over within 1week W.r.t clearance from site team
