Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor youll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts identifying and attracting toptier talent to join our dynamic company. Your responsibilities will include sourcing screening and interviewing candidates across various roles within our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers youll develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. With a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience youll serve as a brand ambassador showcasing our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory and shape the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source screen and interview candidates.
• Manage all interactions on our ATS system.
• Create dynamic advertisements to attract the best candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that prioritise hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best candidate experience.
• Reflect company culture in all interactions with internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
• Experience using recruitment systems (ATS Seek Indeed LinkedIn)
• Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Tech recruitment experience advantageous.
