With >150 B2B customers and strong investor backing were looking for a Founders Associate excited to contribute to a fastgrowing company in the dynamic renewable energies industry.

Tasks

• Drive our vision by collaborating closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives
• Support investor acquisition and financing rounds with comprehensive market analyses and compelling presentations
• Unearth opportunities through market research informing the evolution of our cuttingedge solutions
• Monitor KPIs for operational excellence and implement improvements swiftly
• Cultivate a vibrant company culture fostering innovation and ideasharing
• Demonstrate versatility and commitment by actively engaging in critical areas across the organization

Requirements

• Motivated to drive change in renewables
• Learn quickly and aim for high achievements
• Flexibility hardworking and bring your A game
• A bachelors/masters degree in industrial engineering Information Systems Business Administration Environmental Science or related fields
• Wellversed in SaaS and possess a technical understanding of software and/or renewable energies
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Prior experience in a startup environment
