This is a remote position.

Job Overview

Seeking a CRM Specialist with indepth expertise in Zoho CRM Zoho Marketing Plus and Zoho Analytics. While familiarity with Zoho One is advantageous the primary focus is on candidates adept in managing and integrating these individual Zoho applications. This role demands technical proficiency and innovative problemsolving to customize develop and effectively utilize these platforms.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Integrate CRM Systems: Focus on the development customization and integration of our CRM system including automating workflows enhancing webforms and integrating Zoho with other applications like Apollo. This role involves creating and managing sales blueprints and ensuring that our CRM infrastructure is robust futureproof and harmoniously integrated.

  • Enhance CRM Strategically: Strategically utilize CRM tools to improve customer engagement and sales processes. Responsibilities include managing Zoho bookings and forms for lead capture facilitating smooth information transition across Zoho modules and optimizing the use of Zoho Marketing Plus Zoho Sales IQ and Zoho Desk to enhance lead management and client relations.

  • Manage Data and Analysis: Ensure high standards of data accuracy and integrity. This includes creating insightful reports via Zoho Analytics conducting regular audits and data cleanup and generating actionable insights through data analytics. The role also encompasses CRM security management to protect sensitive information.

  • Support and Engage Users: Develop and implement strategies to support and engage CRM users. This involves documenting user guides conducting comprehensive training programs and providing enduser support. The role also includes the implementation of userfriendly features like Sales IQ chatbots.

  • Collaborate for Continuous Improvement: Work across departments to align CRM usage with organizational needs optimizing processes for continuous improvement. This includes managing CRMrelated projects communicating with stakeholders monitoring user satisfaction and staying abreast of the latest CRM trends and Zoho updates.


Requirements


23 years of experience in Zoho CRM.
Deep understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and customization.
At least 2 years of experience working with Sales and Marketing teams.
Proficient in managing marketing campaigns and data analysis.
Skilled in data integrity reporting and insights generation.
Experience in automating CRMrelated workflows.
Familiarity with integrating Zoho with other applications like Apollo.
Proven track record in managing CRM projects and crossdepartmental collaboration.
Ability to conduct training and provide support to CRM users.
Capability to work with individual Zoho applications not limited to Zoho One.
Strong problemsolving skills in complex CRM systems.
Good command of the English language both oral and written.
Zoho CRMrelated certifications are a plus.
A team player with a positive attitude.

Preference for experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or the disability sector, with the ability to clearly explain the company's services. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably with experience in HubSpot. Capable of building and maintaining relationships effectively.
