Theramex Italy is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes innovative medicines in areas of unmet medical need with a specific focus on Women Health throughout the entire life of Patients. Theramex areas of focus worldwide include osteoporosis menopause uterine fibromatosis contraception and fertility.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the area of Osteoporosis.
In the role of PM the candidate will have the opportunity to work and demonstrate his/her leadership in the management of an entire portfolio and in the launch of a new product. He/she will work with passionate people in a dynamic environment with full responsibility for the assigned commercial tasks.
This role will directly report to the Associate Marketing Director and will give to him/her the opportunity to work closely together with other members of a multifunctional team and to develop both personal and professional skills.
Main tasks
- Develop strategic portfolio plans and ensure alignment with crossfunctions as well as international team/global strategy
- Ensure development & implementation of a multichannel communication strategy for the portfolio promotional events congresses as well as programs aimed to support patient journey
- Develop communication materials (traditional & digital) in alignment with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Ensure optimal partnership with crossfunctional teams (Sales Value & Access Medical Regulatory PA Legal etc.) and coordinate work groups in a complex matrix environment
- Actively contribute to global workstreams to develop/refine brand positioning messaging tactical plans and/or projects as required
- Successful execution of local tactical plans including ability to track progress against KPIs to adapt and ensure the success of the initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of commercial capabilities (e.g. targeting & segmentation customer insights gathering bespoke training programs)
- Understand financials and forecasting to provide timely and valuable inputs to financial process and Business Reviews
- Manage expense budget planning and tracking
- Drive engagement with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders
- Successfully collaborate with field teams in implementing local initiatives and rapidly respond to field teams inputs fast changing dynamics and competition
- Identify internal and external best practice and provide support in the implementation as required
- Embody Theramexs values and ensure the highest standard for compliance requirements
Specific Education And Experience Requirements
MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferably in osteoporosis
- Degree in Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology Biotechnology or similar fields
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing including eMarketing is required
- Analytical planning and organizational skills
- Results orientation ability to act innovatively and work in team
- Fluent English C1/C2
- Willingness to relocate (Milan)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Successful experience in launching specialty brand is preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred
