Job Description
- Coordinate various project activities timelines and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project;
- Facilitates the OSCA business transformation optimization and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project;
- Makes recommendations on systems process analysis design and simulation;
- Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business processrelated activities;
- Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.
- Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend meetings onsite.
- 7 years of Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector .
- Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;
- Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2 years);
- Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements;
- Experience in overseeing testing data migration and deployment activities;
- Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;
- Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module;
- Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules GL PO AP AM AR PR and CM;
- Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration
