- Assisting with recruitment onboarding employee engagement performance management and other HR processes
- Maintaining HR databases and tracking employee data such as leave attendance and performance metrics
- Managing employee grievances handling disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Keeping up to date with HR laws and regulations ensuring compliance and maintaining employee records
- Preparing HR reports and analytics including headcount reports attrition reports and other HR metrics
- Supporting the development of employees through training and development programs and working with managers to identify talent and succession planning
- Leading and contributing to HR projects such as policy changes employee engagement initiatives or HR system implementation
- Assisting with daytoday HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters contracts and maintaining employee files
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
