Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance and ensuring
the successful execution of features and implementing scalable software solutions
using Java / J2EE frameworks.
Design develop test deploy and maintain Java/J2EE web applications ensuring
high performance responsiveness and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture
of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management design
and quality assurance to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding best practices and drive
continuous improvement in code quality and performance.
Act as a technical point of contact for client interactions participate in technical
discussions and provide insights to meet client needs.
Lead by example demonstrating technical expertise professionalism and a
commitment to excellence in all aspects of software development.
Qualifications
B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
