Job Description
Post Mechanical Engineer Design
Reporting Location Vasai
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Developing 2D/3D models and refining designs
Preparing detailed drawings with detailed specifications
Working on client s designs Alter and modifying designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions
Work with other engineers and technicians to ensure the designs meet the project requirements.
Overseeing the production of components and systems
Evaluate final product s overall performance reliability and safety
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with existing components and systems.
Identify formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
Able to select the most appropriate materials for a given application and optimise the design to maximise performance and minimise costs.
Prepare product reports and documentation
May require travelling at the client site as per work requirements
Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (Construction Safety & Industrial Safety)
Proficient with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g. AutoCAD Solidworks or other)
Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS ProMechanica or similar)
Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (MATLAB Excel LabView etc)
Must possess complete knowledge of materials including metals plastics composites
Understanding of material knowledge manufacturing processes R&D
Able to prioritise tasks as well as manage overall processes.
Ability to solve problems arising during product development or otherwise
design,manufacturing,3d,materials,autocad
