Job Description
Dans le cadre dune cration de poste et pour renforcer lquipe support vous aurez pour missions :
- Assistance aux utilisateurs
- Gestion de tickets
- Rsolution dincidents N1/2
- Gestion des habilitations
- Prparation de postes de travail (laptop/desktop)
- Installation dapplications en fonction des procdures
- Rdaction de procdures et livrables
- Travail le weekend et jour fri par roulement.
Profil recherch :
De formation IT vous avez des connaissances en informatique.
Vous tes quelquun dautonome de rigoureux(se) dadaptable avec le sens du service client.
