Sales Agent

Were seeking Insurance agents for our Call Centre to assist clients with their insurance needs.

Position Overview: As an Insurance Agent youll handle inbound and outbound calls provide expert advice and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance inquiries policy renewals and claim processing.
  
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  
• Process insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
  
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality and productivity.
  
• Make outbound calls to clients and sell them the company product
  

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferably in insurance.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
