Attorney - Civil-Business litigation -State of North Carolina

This is a remote position.

The Freelance Firm is a boutique legal outsourcing platform that connects law firms with experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals to provide ondemand support for both shortterm and ongoing legal projects.

Due to increasing demand we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the area of civil and business litigation in the State of North Carolina.

Types of work may include research drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion.

Requirements:

Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the state of North Carolina.

Minimum of 5 years in practice

Minimum 5 years of litigation civil litigation business litigation drafting and research

Strong research and writing skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized

Selfstarter and able to work independently

Job Types: Parttime Contract

Salary: $75.00 $85.00 per hour
