Sr IAM and Security Engineer

• Design implement and maintain IAM solutions using Ping Identity platform to manage user access and authentication across our enterprise systems.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Perform security assessments audits and reviews to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents including analyzing logs conducting forensic investigations and implementing remediation measures.
• Stay updated on emerging threats vulnerabilities and security technologies and recommend proactive measures to enhance our security posture.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on IAMrelated matters including user provisioning access control and authentication mechanisms.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and promote security best practices among employees.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an IAM Engineer Security Engineer or similar role with a focus on Ping Identity solutions.
• Indepth knowledge of IAM concepts including identity federation single signon (SSO) multifactor authentication (MFA) and access management.
• Handson experience with Ping Identity products including PingFederate Ping Access and Ping Directory.
• Strong understanding of security principles protocols and standards (e.g. SAML OAuth OpenID Connect LDAP SSL/TLS).
• Experience with IAM integration with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and SaaS applications (e.g. Office 365 Salesforce).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 GDPR).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

• Professional certifications in IAM and security (e.g. CISSP CISM Ping Identity certifications).
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare.
