Job Details:

- Freight Handling: Benefit from 100% notouch freight with 75% drop and hook.

- Lease Structure: Our walkaway lease offers a $1 buyout option.
- Reefer Opportunities: Delve into reefer grosses ranging approximately from $4700 to $5650 per week.
- Reefer Pay: Start with a base rate of 1.291.32/Mile plus FSC ($0.35).
- Lease Payment: Expect a weekly lease payment of $308/WK with $.28CPM on all miles.
- Flexible Time Off: During weeks off only pay $308/WK.
- Truck Amenities: Our trucks come fully equipped with APUs inverters and are Freightliner Cascadia models.

Driver Responsibilities:
- Driving more miles leads to a quicker truck payoff.
- Your weekly net is genuinely yours as youre never outofpocket for repairs tires or standard maintenance.
- Lease buyout is just $1 with the option to walk away at any time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years old
- 2 years of Class A OTR driving experience within the last 3 years
- Maximum 3 moving violations in the last three years (no major violations)
- Maximum 2 incidents in the last three years (nonDOT Reportable Preventable)
- No more than six jobs in the last three years
- No felonies in the last ten years (misdemeanours reviewed case by case)
- No DUIs in a personal vehicle in the last 10 years; only 1 in a lifetime
- No DUI in a commercial vehicle or failed/refused DOT drug/alcohol test ever
- Acceptance of drivers with auto restrictions
Please note: Applicants must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test (SAP program disqualifies). No exceptions.
