Job Description
- Analyze financial data related to clinical research and teaching activities to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements regarding financial resource allocation.
- Communicate complex financial concepts and findings to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Build strong business cases to justify proposed changes in resource allocation and present them to decision-makers.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports detailing current state analysis, proposed changes, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor financial performance against established benchmarks and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare finance.
