Administrative Assistant

• Prime Agency Media Group leading in media. We are a diverse portfolio of specialist media companies. We are parent company for Prime MM Prime Creative Prime Magazine Prime WB Club and partner brands.
• The administrative assistant intern will provide administrative and clerical support to with a focus on assisting the CEO. Strong communication skills and strong typing skills preferred.

Tasks

• ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Support: General clerical support
• Files paper copies of documents.
• Scan and electronically file documents.
• Data Entry
• Letter writing
• Update excel spreadsheets
• Faxing organizing supplies and office environment
• Take meeting notes
• Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/QUALIFCATIONS:

Requirements

• English advanced. B1 B2
• you are a university student in business administration communications media marketing or related fields.
• Please note: We can only accept applications from students who must complete a mandatory internship for a minimum of 6 months as part of their degree.

Candidates must be EU citizens or enrolled at a German university.
