Onboarding & induction
Manage the Onboarding of new hires.
- Design and conduct monthly new hire’s induction sessions.
- Organize Office tour for new hires.
- Introduce New Hires to Local Policies
- Introduce New Hires to J&J Systems
- Introduce New Hires to book of Janssen.
Contingent Worker Engagement
Design and implement simplified process for engaging with Outsourcing appointed agencies.
- Manage and support manager through the process from hire to exit
- Follow up on PO and payments for timely payments
- Make sure of process compliance, engage with HRS/ agency and manager for step by step guidance
- Periodic review/notification for renewals and terminations/contract expiry
- Ensure and monitor compliance of the vendor and the hired contingent worker with the authorities and with JNJ policies and procedures.
- Manage and conduct monthly payroll.
Support and Administer Health and Safety programs
- Support Safe Fleet & EHS&S communications and programs.
- Submit SAFE Fleet & EHS&S quarterly reports in Curve system - sending out communication to all employees, trainings to new joiners; liaise with relevant stakeholders in Egypt & HRS for reporting.
Vendor Engagement and Payments Efficiency
- Manage E2E PO process and ensure timely payment for suppliers and accurate cost allocations for the Legal Entities; Drive efficiencies with suppliers and approved vendor list
- Ensure suppliers have full understanding of JNJ platforms and optimize payment timelines and better services
HR Support
- Serve on project teams related to HR Strategic Projects, including but not limited to: JENA2POLLO, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development.
- Support Total Reward team with manuscripts, policy translations production and group insurance policies payments and annual renewals.
- Liaise between Employees, FYB, AON team and Total rewards on matters related to medical insurance incase of employee escalation.
- Support BUHR with HR-related events.
- Support ER/LR team with local investigations and involuntary termination when required.
- Assist in the logistics of Leadership and employee trainings.
- Aid employees regarding HR-related inquiries, resolving concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
