As experienced Energy Engineer with knowledge in the Energy Engineering process (Chillers, Colling Towers, HVAC, Controls, Lightings, Water & Renewable Energy) responsible to develop ECMs / FIMs, energy calculation for ROI, create energy solutions proposals which includes financial task involved during detailed solution development of Energy offerings., Other responsibilities include: • Strong understanding and experience in energy performance contract for district cooling plants and the methodologies of chiller optimization for achieving improvement in the co-efficient of performance • Understanding of the operation for different types of chillers (air-cooled/water cooled, centrifugal/screw type etc.) • Conducting site walk-through audits and field observations, collecting energy efficiency data, and analyzing the process of energy efficiency, calculating Energy Use Intensity (EUI) - (ASHRAE Level – 1 Audit). • Inspect energy System for consisting of District cooling Plants, Pumps, HVAC, Instrumentations & Controls, Lighting systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings, also identify high energy consumption sources and design, develop, and recommend various ECMs / FIMs. • Gather and understand key project parameters such as operating hours / pattern, energy consumption, temperature, system operating characteristics etc. through site measurements. Investigate, Analyze and document probable ECMs / FIMs (Conduction detailed Audits (ASHRAE Level 2). • Conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles and energy upgrades analysis. Development of ECMs, specifications, Bill of quantities and Sequence of operation, and prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and Energy calculations (ASHRAE Level 3 Audits). • Prepare techno-commercial offers, provide sales team technical assistance and guidance. • Identify shortfalls in the current ongoing & existing projects and mitigate the associated risks. Participate in review for Engineering analysis and project costing, and various facets of energy auditing, energy calculations and generating detailed energy reports regarding savings opportunities. • Create and develop M&V plan and project reports for existing project compliant to local and international standards. Draft client proposal as a byproduct of cost/benefits analysis, and technical review and analysis as it relates to benefit and cost analysis. • Coordinates facility site visits and communicates requirements with customer, internal resources and arrange quotations from Vendors / sub-contractors, estimating in-house product costs and estimating cost for engineering, labor, and project management cost. • Take initiative to understand and, learn about and test existing and new energy savings technologies and calculate and analyze the energy savings they create. • Follow all internal, external processes and coordination with stake holder for uninterrupted and flawless project development process.
