Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Institutional Sales - Web2. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our institutional sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the institutional sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the institutional market segment and achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the sector.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of institutional sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance excellence. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the team.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with institutional clients, including financial institutions, corporations, government agencies, and other relevant organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the institutional space. Utilize market intelligence to inform sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with institutional clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to coordinate sales efforts, optimize product offerings, and deliver exceptional value to institutional clients.
- Provide Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports, analyzing key metrics, trends, and KPIs. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
