Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to lead our mobile development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and developing complex iOS applications, as well as mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality iOS applications using HTML5, Swift, Objective-C, and other relevant technologies.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.

3. Architect scalable and maintainable codebases, adhering to best practices and design patterns.

4. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

5. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimizations, and security best practices.

6. Stay current with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

7. Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining application stability.

8. Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI automation tests.

9. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and web services into mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

10. Participate in the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely releases.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in iOS development, with a focus on building and shipping complex applications.

3. Extensive experience with Swift, Objective-C, and HTML5 programming languages.

4. Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

5. Proficiency in Xcode, Interface Builder, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

6. Deep knowledge of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.

7. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

8. Familiarity with database technologies such as Core Data or SQLite.

9. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.

10. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
