Equipment Order Processing Specialist

An Equipment Order Processing Specialist is responsible for the beginning of the order fulfillment process. This role focuses on accurately entering and maintaining detailed distributor and customer purchase orders (PO) and signed sales quotes into Epicor.

Back to the role:

What you will do:

• Maintain a shared inbox to monitor incoming orders and revisions and track pending requests. Acknowledge receipt of customer PO through email.
• Enter detailed sales orders into Epicor including correct PNCs pricing discounts special sales programs addresses territory mark for order type quantity etc.
• Ensure accurate entry of POs by following up with customers regarding incomplete information or discrepancies.
• Enter ancillary equipment on sales order using information from Customer Care.
• Provide sales order acknowledgement from the Epicor system.
• Attach all related documents to the sales order. Utilize notes and comment fields to further communicate with anyone who views the sales order.
• Crosstrain in Parts to help process orders or cover parts phone queue as needed.
• Daily review of any orders on user hold.
• Create new customer accounts for order entry into Epicor.
• Add and maintain the Epicor customer ID in Avalara (tax exempt certificate repository).
• Communicate with Engineering for the creation of new PNCs.
• Verify pricing and discounts using current price book and discount documentation.
• Provide professional and prompt communication throughout the order process to both internal and external individuals.
• Uphold all Order Desk service level agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What you should have:

• Minimum of 2 4 years of detailed order entry experience in a sales support environment manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proven track record to multitask with shifting priorities.
• Selfdriven high energy and resultsoriented with a clear focus on providing WORLD CLASS SERVICE.
• Must have a strong business acumen professionalism work ethic and sense of urgency to accurately complete tasks.
• Excellent verbal active listening and written skills.
• Take pride and ownership to build and maintain strong business relationships by providing superior customer care to our distributors endusers and coworkers. Offer NO excuses or place blame on others. Promote a WinEveryDeal attitude.

• College preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

SalaryRange:

$2527 per hour
