Job Description
- Liaises with all key project stakeholders to ensure the contractor implements a fit for purpose schedule management system.
- Develops and updates a Level1-2 management schedule that aligns with the detailed Level 3+ contractor reporting
- Develops and updates critical and near critical path activity sequences and assessing actual progress based on site inspections.
- Develops earned value and performance measurement reports, resources (cost, labor, or material) to activities, cash flow reports, resource histograms, architect and contractor prepared schedules, post construction as-built schedules, etc.
- Implements processes and procedures as per Planning and Schedule Management Plan
