Develops and updates a Level1-2 management schedule that aligns with the detailed Level 3+ contractor reporting
Develops and updates critical and near critical path activity sequences and assessing actual progress based on site inspections.
Develops earned value and performance measurement reports, resources (cost, labor, or material) to activities, cash flow reports, resource histograms, architect and contractor prepared schedules, post construction as-built schedules, etc.
Implements processes and procedures as per Planning and Schedule Management Plan
