Sr Engineer Asst Manager - Design APQP

*Direct and manage product manufacturing from beginning to end for new products taken for development

*Develop fullscale APQP plans and associated communications documents in collaboration with CFTs

*Constant and timely communicating with internal stake holders / team members for clarity of purpose

*Review and understand the requirements specified for the product under development and facilitate a crossfunctional effort to deliver project in the specified timelines

*Regularly tracking of the milestones liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel manage & resolve conflicts and support to meet project deadlines / outcome

*Preparing Project progress report and updating D&D Head with the progress

*Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements & documentation

*Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently in consultation with the Design and Development Head

*Align and coordinate the validation testing inhouse as well with the external laboratory as and when needed in consultation with the D&D Head

*Responsible for coordinate for sample manufacturing (Proto development) Pilot lot manufacturing identification of Process and product quality improvement /modification during process and report to design /quality. (issues arise during the process at plant )

*Maintain detailed process documentation
