What youll do:

Coordinate and ensure the movement of personnel in the production cells through supervision by AMT leaders generating necessary strategies to reduce personnel absenteeism and cover with the validation of personnel prepared to guarantee correct operation.

Ensure effective communication at all levels of the operation guaranteeing the understanding of objectives through periodic meetings with the teams involved.

Control and ensure that the documentation of the production process is at the latest engineering level and based on what is stipulated in the process letters.

Supervise the performance of the PEFF during the shift checking that all cells remain in operation and in case of stoppages provide timely followup guaranteeing continuous operation.

Supervise and ensure the implementation of standardized work in all its phases guaranteeing improvement in productivity and achieving the objectives of LMPUs.

What is required:

Availability for work in SECOND SHIFT

Industrial mechanical or related engineering

2 years leading production teams

English skills

Leadership skills personnel management organization andproject planning.
