Job Description

MHG is currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Executive/ Refractive Manager to join our esteemed clients team in Athens Greece.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Training in invasive therapeutic diagnostic and imaging techniques
  • Description of characteristics and specifications of modern ophthalmic equipment
  • Knowledge of premium implant technologies
  • Public Relations (PR)
  • Cross Selling
  • Consultative meetings with patients
  • Demonstration and presentation of educational materials
  • Leads administration (Performance Marketing)
  • CRM software management
  • Creating content for social media
  • Reporting (analytics metrics reviews insights) & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis
  • Coordination and support of events/scientific conferences

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc with a specialization in Marketing Public Relations or a related field
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent knowledge of modern and advanced promotion and sales techniques
  • High communication skills
  • Persuasiveness
  • Time management skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Team player
  • Analytical thinking
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Previous experience in Medical Marketing (considered a plus)
