Job Description


Recruitment Administrator at NSS Group

Fulltime 37.5 hours per week

Salary

(Experience in recruitment preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided)


Role Overview

We are searching for an efficient and detailoriented Recruitment Administrator to support our busy Recruitment department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the recruitment process assisting in the attraction selection and onboarding of top talents for our diverse range of services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Advertising job postings on various platforms to maximise visibility and attract quality candidates.
  • Assisting in the screening and shortlisting of candidates through CV reviews and initial assessments.
  • Scheduling of interviews when needed.
  • Assisting with candidate communications providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advertising roles through our ATS and tracking candidates applications.
  • Build internal relationships to increase the awareness and use of the central recruitment function whilst promoting best practise.
  • Creation of employment contracts and onboarding through our system
  • Keep track of all assigned candidates during their onboarding journey and collate all the required documents to complete a full onboarding pack for our new colleagues making sure all is received in a timely manner and that any issues are escalated.
  • Take ownership for and be the main point of contact for assigned candidates throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Prepare inductions for new starters (including liaising with IT fleet etc) Conduct all preemployment screening checks for all candidates including referencing criminal records checks and other associated vetting ensuring strict compliance to defined requirements escalating where a candidate may not satisfy the requirements prior to start date.
  • Manage the ATR log and pull up reports when required.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the candidate experience and onboarding process.
  • Support Group where required.

What We Need From You:

  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
