Mid-Weight Designer

Our client delivers exceptional design solutions across a diverse range of industries including technology private wealth sport energy finance and more. As part of their brand design team you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the evolution of their brand identity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Applying your expertise in branding typography layout and data visualisation to create impactful designs.

Developing and evolving brand guidelines assets and templates to maintain consistency across multiple design projects.

Delivering fresh and innovative brand print and digital designs for our client’s portfolio of companies.

Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and utilising advanced design techniques to elevate brand design solutions.

Managing multiple projects and optimising processes to ensure efficient workflow.

Collaborating with the Lead Designer to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating relevant design elements into projects.

We're looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

Strong experience as a Midweight Designer or similar role.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.

Comfortable and engaged in meetings or workshops and in challenging briefs & clients to achieve the best design solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others.

Adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

A portfolio showcasing a proven track record in creating stunning brands and digital designs.

Proficiency in relevant design software including InDesign Illustrator Photoshop etc.

Knowledge of motion design is a bonus.

This is a hybrid role and would only suit someone who is willing to work in London 23 days per week.
