We are managbl at the forefront of AI developing the most loved tool in real estate for 24/7 customer service.

Our mission is to transform interactions with property managers or landlords into straightforward positive experiences through our plugandplay conversational AI service. Were bridging the gap between generic ChatGPT applications and intricate clickbot solutions.

Join an experienced founding team with complementary skills in Business Development & AI along with a growing team of specialists all from your preferred remote location in Germany.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our front and backend systems.
  • You will be expected to tackle various IT topics from maintaining and evolving new partner integrations to designing and enhancing a selfservice customer journey.
  • You should have a strong sense of ownership towards ensuring continuous operation and acting as an architect for new features to enhance our product.

Requirements

  • 3 years of work experience and proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience in designing developing testing and maintaining APIs using industrystandard API frameworks and tools
  • Experience with DevOps (Docker Linux GitLab CI/CD AWS) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and/or German (spoken and written)
  • Based in Germany

Our hiring process consists of four stages which can be completed within two weeks:

  1. Get to know each other: This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to introduce you to Managbl and ensure your enthusiasm about joining our team. Well also assess whether our expectations align. This interview will be conducted by Mario CoFounder & CEO.
  2. Tech Conversation: In this stage youll have a conversation with Amos CoFounder and CTO to delve deeper into the role your experience your impressions from the product and any questions or thoughts you have.
  3. Tech Challenge & final Conversation: You will engage in a tech challenge around a given topic. This discussion will take place with Amos.
  4. Reference calls: Mario and Amos will conduct brief 15minute reference calls with two of your former direct supervisors.
