- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Support continuous improvement of core talent process with best practices and edge tools.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably with exposure to generalist roles.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level.
- Strong selforganization and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
It Would Be a Plus:
- Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Previous involvement in hiring business roles in addition to IT positions.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the sourcing process.
