Position: Legal Counsel
Sector: Industry
Start Date: April 2024
Duration: 3 months (Option for perm.)
Utilization: 80100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 130000

Tasks

• Provide legal support and advice throughout all stages of project development from inception to completion ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Review draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements related to project development including EPC contracts procurement agreements construction contracts and subcontractor agreements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement construction and finance to identify and address legal risks and issues associated with project development activities
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal and regulatory matters impacting project development including environmental regulations permitting requirements and land use regulations.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. of 46 years of experience practicing law with a focus on project development construction law and/or energy law.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts particularly in the context of largescale industrial projects.
