Job Description
WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR CLIENT(MANUFACTURING COMPANY)
- Complying with all company local state and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling analyzing and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports such as balance sheets profit & loss statements etc.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Computing taxes.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decisionmaking process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Working on Direct and Indirect Taxes.
- Preparing monthly filling for PF Ptax ESI and TDS etc.
- Working on statutory compliances i.e. GST filling Income Tax Form 16 and ROC.
- Making sure accounting for Provident Fund and ESI is accurate.
- Responsible for Bank Reconciliation (BRS) scrutiny of Ledger & releasing payments.
- Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Monthly close of Accounting modules ensuring monthly Subledger to General Ledger reconciliation.
